- You accept them for your business too.
By creating an account or using Koomerce you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
02Your account

- Keep your password safe.
- Tell us fast if something looks wrong.
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at support@koomerce.app if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account.
03Plans and billing

- Billed in advance, in rupees.
- GST is added on the invoice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose, in advance in INR, plus applicable GST.
04Your content
In plain words
- Your products, photos and text stay yours.
- We only use them to run your store.
You own your store content. You give us the rights needed to host and show it to run Koomerce for you.
05Ending the agreement

- Leave whenever you want.
- We give notice before suspending, where we can.
You can close your store any time from Settings. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
06Liability
